Cadillac has never been one to skimp on high-tech features in its vehicles, and the proof is in the pudding. The all-new 2021 Cadillac Escalade has earned a Wards 10 Best UX award for its innovative, advanced technology systems. Several features came together to cinch this award for the Escalade, but the cutting-edge display network was of particular note. The Escalade applies OLED technology to three different screens — an infotainment screen, a gauge cluster, and an information cluster — that gives them a combined 38 inches of crisp, ultra-high-definition displays.
In addition to this, the Escalade’s integrated navigation software features unusually accurate voice recognition technology, as well as an augmented reality overlay on the digital instrument panel that projects directions onto a live video feed of the road ahead.
The Escalade also applied its technological prowess to its safety and driver assistance features. An available tow package provides nine cameras for the best possible views of your trailer, while a Surround Vision parking assist system uses four cameras to create a bird’s-eye view of the Escalade and its surroundings.
The Escalade’s futuristic tech even allows you to drive hands-free on select roads with its Super Cruise driver-assist system. While in use, the system can even change lanes for you.
With features like these, is it any wonder the Escalade is winning awards? You can get behind the wheel of your very own Escalade, available from Quirk Cadillac of Bangor.
